Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Policy

At Decalstore.com we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Therefore, your order is guaranteed to arrive accurate and complete, with each item exactly as described.  Please read the complete product details and description before placing your order.

All items produced by Decalstore.com go through strict quality assurance procedures to check for defects and completeness before they are shipped, however, we ask that the customer verify their package's contents upon arrival. Decalstore.com will only replace, exchange or issue a refund for those items which are determined to be incomplete or defective by a Decalstore.com representative. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us about any defects, errors or missing items within 7 days of receipt of the order. After this time the order is considered complete. Absolutely no returns of any kind after 30 days.

*** IMPORTANT NOTE: Because we are not in control of the application of the decals that we sell we can not and do not guarantee them after they have been removed from their protective backing. The most common problems experienced with vinyl decals (bubbles, wrinkles, poor adhesion, etc.) can be avoided entirely by a proper application. If you experience any problems with the application of your decals please contact us. We are here to assist and want to make sure that all of our customers are satisfied.

Custom items which are designed and produced by Decalstore.com according to information provided by the customer are non-returnable. No exceptions will be made. This includes any product for which you select a size, color or custom text before adding the item to your cart. Such items are made to order and can not be returned. Decalstore.com is not responsible for selection errors including spelling or typographical errors made by the customer. Please be careful to verify the information you provide at the time of order. Your custom choices and text will also be included in your email receipt that is sent when an order is placed. If any errors were made when placing your order, or if your email receipt does not show all of the custom information that you provided, it is your responsibility to notify us within 24 hours. Once a custom made item has been produced changes can not be made without incurring additional charges. In the event that you should receive a custom made item different than what was ordered and different than what was stated in your email receipts it will be promptly replaced with the correct item at the expense of Decalstore.com.

Standard items may be returned within 30 days for an in-store credit or refund. A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns. The original shipping and handling fees or the actual shipping charges, whichever is greater, are non-refundable. All returns & exchanges must arrive back in their original packaging and be in like-new condition. Returns of used or incomplete merchandise will not be accepted. Once a decal has been removed from it's backing it is not returnable or exchangeable. You will be required to pay the actual shipping charges for any exchange. If you had any trouble installing your item please contact us. Even if an item is non-returnable we still want to help. We want all of our customers to be satisfied.

eBay purchases will be subject to the terms and conditions stated on the eBay item page. Please read the Return Policy on the eBay item page before placing your order. If you have any problems with your order, even installation problems, please contact us. We want to help in any way we can to make sure you are happy with your purchase.

Returning an Item

A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained before sending any item back to us. This RMA number must be marked clearly on the outside of the package. RMA numbers are only good for 15 days from when it is issued. You may request an RMA number by emailing Nick@Decalstore.com with your order information and reason for return.

The original shipping and handling fees or the actual shipping costs (whichever is greater), as well as return shipping charges, are non-refundable. All returns must be shipped back in original packaging in like new condition.
