Do you make custom decals?

Yes, we do make custom decals. For a quote on your custom project please email us the details of what you need. Please attach any images or artwork that you have and be as descriptive as possible. It's also helpful to tell us what your application or use of the decal(s) will be so we can be sure to quote the job with the correct materials.

Can I get a color that's not listed?

Yes, we can offer colors for decals that are not listed on the product pages. We can obtain any stock Avery, Oracal and 3M vinyl color. We can also color-match and custom-print just about any color. Contact us for more information on custom colors.

Can I get a sample piece of vinyl to see the color before ordering?

Yes, we can offer sample swatches for a nominal fee. You can order samples here.

Products

What type of materials are used to produce your decals.

Most of our products are products from 7-year high performance vinyl films. Some of our products use films that are less than 7-year films and these are clearly marked in the product descriptions. As for brands, we use the best of all 3 of the major producers: 3M, Avery and Oracal.
 

How long will the decals last?

As a general rule most of our decals can be expected to last 5-7 years. There are exceptions to this that can either extend or shorten the life of the decals. Extreme weather (very hot direct sunlight or extreme cold) can shorten the life of your decals. Moderate weather and keeping your vehicle in a garage can extend the life of your decals. 

Orders

When will my order ship?

All of the items we sell are made to order. Production usually takes 3-5 business days. If you need an item to ship sooner please let us know at the time you place the order and we will expedite the order. Depending on current production rush charges may apply. Same-day and next-day orders are possible at an upcharge.

Why don't you keep items on the shelf, ready to ship?

If vinyl sits for a prolonged period of time the adhesive can loose tack and over very long periods the vinyl can shrink Therefore, due to the nature of the product (vinyl with adhesive backing) we do not keep items pre-produced and sitting on a shelf. Fresh vinyl is used to produce your order when the order is received. This insures you receive the highest quality product every time.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping time varies greatly depending on the method of shipping selected and your location. Domestic orders shipped by standard mail usually arrive in 2-5 business days after shipping. Domestic orders shipped via Priority Mail usually arrive within 1-3 business days after shipping. International orders generally take 7-10 business days to arrive. UPS Ground is 1-5 business days depending on location.
